Refund Cancellation
& Reschedule Policy
1. Introduction
At A Gentle Draw Mobile & Onsite Phlebotomy, we strive to provide the highest quality mobile and onsite phlebotomy blood and specimen collection services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel, request a refund for your purchase, or reschedule. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.
2. Refund/Cancellation Policy
​2.1 Before Sample Collection
Full Refund (Mobile Phlebotomy): Payment must be made in full to complete your booking appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, the cancellation must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
Cancellation Process: Please contact our customer service team at help@agentledraw.com to initiate the cancellation.
2.2 After Sample Collection
No Refund: Once the sample has been collected and sent back to the laboratory, cancellations are not possible, and no refunds will be issued. This is due to the personalized nature of the testing and the irreversible processing costs incurred.
Refund Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
2.3 Refund Processing Time
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.
Bank Processing Time: It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
2.4 Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency or special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually to determine if an exception can be made.
3.Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before or on the day of your scheduled appointment will result in a $75 per patient fee.
